Meet Chef Thanida Amornvatin, our passionate Executive Sous Chef who leads our culinary team under the guidance of Chef Marina Akhmedova, our Executive Chef. She has crafted the Thai menu at Suan Bua, offering our guests authentic Thai flavours, a delicious buffet spread, and an appetizing à la carte menu option.
Affectionately known as Chef Ning, she is an award-winning chef, including receiving a Gold Medal at the 2006 Thai Food Contest celebrated in Bangkok, Thailand. With over 20 years of experience in renowned establishments across the globe including The Maldives, Italy, Greece, Qatar, Vietnam, and more, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our kitchen.
