Chef Sathis Promlue (Tum) is Thai and has more than 21 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, in leading restaurants and hotels across Thailand.
Prior to joining Centara Grand Krabi, he always grew his chef career with experience, passion alongside the drive to develop and discover new flavorful menus. His signature menu is Hagi Otawa Maki roll, a Maki roll filled with waygu beef, sweet cucumber and crunchy leek, delicious roasted foie grass and black avocado spicy sauce.
