  One of the best 5-Star hotel in Bangkok

  Very fantastic hotel to stay with super comfortable gues room including the bed, thick carpet, beautiful bathroom design, great selection of breakfast meals (although they should serve 75% more NON Halal Food). The staffs were super friendly especially named Mirampa she was the best of all.

  My absolute perfect hotel.

  I stay at Centara Grand at Central World many times because of outstanding services and friendly staff I receive a warm welcome every time. In addition, the room is also nice and clean, delicious food at every restaurant and close to shopping mall.

  Nice hotel

  Reasonable price, nice area, clean and great room, soft bed, everything was prefect for me, the roof too bar “Red Sky” was so nice staff really helpful, friendly, reasonable price, view so beautiful to see the sunset, for the Ventisi dinner buffet I taste of foods are good. I like them all and will stay in this hotel again for sure.

  Beautiful family room, friendly staff

  Great services and great location, excellent staff and services. We received a beautiful birthday cake to surprise our father for his 88th birthday when we celebrated it in advance in Bangkok. They also provided 4 bottles of water daily for free.

  Pleasant stay in a great location

  Pleasant hotel that is in need of refurbishment. Great location and courteous front desk & concierge. Lovely well appointed room. F&B staff need training to handle guests delicately. Breakfast hostess showed face when we politely requested for a table near the window. We got a table right at the entrance instead. At Cru bar (sky bar) a senior staff had to reconfirm our baked Camembert order and suggested we take the cheese platter if we weren’t sure about the ‘melted cheese.’ She even broke down what to expect in the platter! Perhaps she was trying to be helpful but just because I am not ‘farang’ it doesn’t mean I don’t know my cheeses. Overall, a good hotel and I will return but maybe not for the F&B.

  Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, highly recommended

  We had a very pleasant stay at Centara Grand hotel. It is connected to CentralWorld and many nearby shopping and dining areas. Very convenient location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I liked that they had a bidet. The king-size bed was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bellhops at the front were very eager to help with the luggage and with arranging taxi rides. This hotel was highly recommended by many of our friends who have been to Bangkok multiple times and we would definitely recommend this hotel too.

  Comfortable stay with great breakfast

  The Hotel is located at a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and the food selection at Breakfast as well as Uno Mas is Top notch. I loved their Egg Benedict at breakfast. The views from their roof top Bar are beautiful.

  Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Bangkok

  If you want to experience ”modern” Bangkok magic in the evening or night, this is a place. You just leave your most comfortable room (with a view!) and take a lift to the roof restaurant world. Great coctails too!

  Great comfortable stay at Bangkok's Centara Grand central World hotel !

  A great stay at a welcoming 5 stars hotel very centrally located next to Central World mall in the heart of Bangkok. Room is very comfortable and functional. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive. Food at the themed restaurants (VENTISI, UNO MAS, DYNASTY) is amazing. Must try the evening / night experience at Red Sky rooftop !

  A Centrally located 5-star hotel

  Our meeting was conducted in this hotel, so naturally, we stayed in this hotel. I was upgraded to a larger executive room with separate living hall and bedroom. The room was superb, I loved it. Value for money for this 5-star is very good, and I would recommend for those looking for 5-star hotel to look at this hotel.

  Great location

  Highly recommend this hotel if you don't have much time in Bangkok. The hotel has direct access to central world. Great location when it rains in Bangkok as it's close proximity to all main malls via skywalk.

  Centara Grand at CentralWorld is located in the very heart of Bangkok. Around the hotel, there are many shopping centers and easy access by car, BTS SkyTrain, or skywalk. At the hotel, you can take the elevator to the Central world shopping and dining center, the opposite is the Big C supermarket.

  value for money

  best location, room is clean and renovated, the staffs are friendly (although some of them do not understand English ) but they are nice. Breakfast is splendid and some of the food is delicious. The hotel is connecting to the mall, very convenient.
