Trotz Bauarbeiten im Hotelempfang (EG) und Lobby (23. Stock) ein weiterer sagenhafter Aufenthalt
Auch wenn es im Vorfeld für mich bei der Buchung vor einigen Wochen auf der Hotelwebsite erhebliche Probleme gab, wodurch ich wegen einer Fehlermeldung die Buchung nicht abschließen konnte und diese auf der Seite eines Mitbewerbers durchführte, der leider meine korrekt bestätigte Zimmerbuchung mit fehlender Information der bezahlten Club-Leistungen an das Reservierungssystem des Hotels übergab, konnte ich das nach 2 eMails und Chats sowie einigen Telefonaten nach mehreren Stunden mit Hilfe des hilfsbereiten Frontdesk-Office-Personals klären. Als Gold-Stammgast erhielt ich ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein tolles riesiges Zimmer in der fast höchsten Etage mit grandiosem Ausblick. Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft im ganzen Haus sowie die hohe Geschwindigkeit beim Erledigen sämtlicher Aufgaben sind eine Wohltat. Man hört gerne zu und geht auf Kundenwünsche sowie Verbesserungsvorschläge gerne ein. تجربة اولى حميلة
كانت تجربتنا الاولى في الاقامة في فندق سينتارا وكانت فعلا تجربة جميلة للغاية حيث يقع الفندق في مكان وسطي يمكن الوصول الى معظم اماكن التسوق دون الحاجة الى المواصلات. الفندق متجدد بالكامل والغرف نظيفة وبها (شطاف 😁) ، الفندق شرح وبه الكثير من الاماكن الذي يمكن الجلوس به مع العائلة والاصدقاءMehr lesenDate of stay : April 2025 -

ปกติไม่เคยเข้าพักโรงแรมในกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องจากเป็นคน กทม. อยู่แล้ว ครั้งนี้เป็นการเข้าพักที่ประทับใจเป็นอย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพนักงาน front (จำชื่อไม่ได้ แต่จับปากกามือซ้าย) มีความตั้งใจในการให้บริการอย่างดีเลิศ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส รวมถึง facilities อื่นๆ ของโรงแรม ถือว่าดีเลยทีเดียว จะใช้บริการโรงแรมในเครือ Centara อีกแน่นอนครับ (มี plan ไป maldives ในช่วงหน้าร้อน)Mehr lesenDate of stay : March 2025 -
