  Good Hotel

  Gutes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Garten und Pool. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein großes Shopping Center, welches einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel hat. Zimmer sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.

  Outstanding stays

  We stayed at this property twice over two weeks. Each time the service was outstanding. The facilities are immaculate and tastefully decorated. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. There are numerous restaurants offering a wide array of local and international options. The Club Level access is well worth the additional cost of the room. Location is connected to a major mall and less than a 5 minute walk to the Bangkok Transit System.

  Happy to be at the Centara

  We had a wonderful stay at the Centara Grand. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to the Central Plaza, good place for Shopping. Metro is also close by. Poolarea is good, doesnt feel like in town. The bar on the 24th Floor, amazing view. I would stay at the Centara Grand again.

  Good hotel with direct access to a good shopping mall (Centara)

  Good Hotel with good breakfast The king size bed is huge, soft and cozy The shower in the bathroom is big and has good water power Very friendly staff Nice Pool area, nevertheless, the deck Chairs are worn out and should be replaced The drain in the sink is very slow

  Business stay

  I have enjoyed the stay in the Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. Especially the breakfasts in the Chatuchak caffe were very tasty and dellicious. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The only confusing thing is that the bathroom entrace door are the same door as for the clothing cabinet. Means theat closing doors to bathroom means opening the clothing cabinet and vice versa. Beside of that, leaving bathroom closed will render the main entrace almost inaccessible.

  Excellent service

  Been here for the first time. Exceptional service from front desk and concierge. Loved the rooftop bar with ambiance atmosphere. Many restaurants in this hotel. The room itself originally would be spacious but the decoration made it look little space. It was cleaned and well-maintained but it looks old. The light was not so bright. If it renovated a bit, the room could be better. The view was amazing with comfy bed. Overall, I would be back in the future because it has everything people needed.

  Awesome staff from reception to room maids. Everyone keen to assist. Having the mall close by helped too - it’s huge. Rooms are very clean and the service was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. Would definately recommend and return.

  Good hotel but

  It is a good hotel with good facilities . But it is beginning to show its age 1. No power outlet beside the bed . There is only 1 by the desk to charge multiple devices 2. Beds are hard 3. The toilet night lights shines into the bed and is distracting. Turning it off will be complete darkness . Apart from that it is good . I stay in this hotel for many many times . I hope they do some renovation

  Fabulous biz trip

  It was very pleasurable experience. As short as it was, the hotel accorded me all my needs. It was conveniently located for my meetings and with close proximity to dining and shopping to Central Ladprao.

  Great stay

  Everything was almost perfect. I only can think of two things to improve: almond milk for our coffee and the swimming pool area need some upgrades. The surroundings were nice and green but the wooden deck is falling apart and also outdated. So longer inviting and therefore I hardly see anyone swimming. I also would have like to see a table tennis table with bats and balls.

  Thai hospitality at its best.

  As a frequent traveler, there is nothing that beats a fast efficient friendly hotel that does things to the point and not artificially trying to be nice. Furnishings are good quality, even if a little dated design overall. Location is amazing if you dont need to be in sukumvhit all the time. Gets busy with tour group crowds sometimes. I asked to change rooms and they managed it in a few minutes, all done without fuss.

  Great business venue

  Great meeting venue. Very helpful staff throughout hotel. Good meeting rooms, several with natural light! Good Japanese, Thai, Chinese restaurants and lobby bar has great staff!! Great breakfast too!! Bed rooms are getting a little tired though.

  Good Hetel near Chatuchak Market

  A Good hotel near Chatuchak Weekend Market. Indian Vegetarian Items in the Breakfast Menu. The Indian Chef came and made some special dishes for us also. The hotel is also connected to Central Mall. Overall a good stay with nice view of the Wachirabenchathat Park. Will come back.

  Great Location, convenient accomodations.

  This hotel is located in a desirable area of Bangkok, close to almost everything. If I have to stay in this here again it would be out of convenience and or price. In terms of hotel experience - I am unimpressed (not that I have to be.. but..). If you are looking for a luxury experience, this is not the hotel for you. Hotel facilities are very nice - I did not have the chance to check the 26th floor bar, or dine in their restaurants, so I can't comment much, but I toured around and what i saw was decent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. It is obvious that this property has been impressive some time ago, but at the moment it looks like it has been put on the proverbial "back burner".

  I’m a regular here and it meets all my requirements for location comfort and service. Next to a mall with a very good food court plus the BTS which connects easily with the airport line to Suvarnabhumi. No negatives from my point of view
