Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will start planning at least 6-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involved hundreds or thousands of individuals that span over multiple days, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.

The convenient location combined with the superb surroundings of shopping and entertainment creates the perfect environment for meetings and conventions.
Each meeting room is equipped with built-in LCD projectors and screens, wireless Internet access, personalised stationary, and drinks are provided throughout the day. Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld is also perfectly connected to the multipurpose facility of CentralWorld, via SF World's 15 movie theatres.
Indoor Event Space
We offer various rooms to suit your needs for meetings; the Bangkok Convention Centre on 22nd floor spans over 5,250 square metres, has a maximum capacity of 7,000 persons, while the World Ballroom on 23th floor provides multi-purpose are of 960 square metres, has a maximum capacity of 1,200 persons. Other meeting and conference rooms are available ranging from Lotus Suites of 58 square metres to 400 square metres.
Outdoor Event Space
We offer an outdoor space for your meeting, whether large or small. The Lotus Garden on 26th floor offers 849 square metres to accommodate up to 700 attendees for a cocktail event. My Lawn on 23rd floor offers a more private setting with 204 square metres.
