Excellent family property with lot of options to keep kids busy

Amazing family hotel
Such a lovely hotel. The kids (5,12,13) loved the pool and other facilities such as adventure land. The breakfast was next level and the spa was beautiful. Only had one evening meal at a Japanese restaurant which was wonderful. The rooms were perfect and amazing 4 nights sleep. The concierge service was impecable. I will certainly be returning. Amazing hotel

The beds are too soft
My husband and in-laws felt that the beds were too soft then they could not recovered from tired. This is my second time to be here but I felt that the facilities were the same. And only taxi and tuktuk could be hired for going outside. But it's OK if you just stay in the hotel and got everything in the hotel. Great property for New Years!

The in-house water theme park is an ideal facility for family with kids. It’s one of CGMBR’s attraction for young families. Another amazing stay
We have visited this hotel since the year it opened, each year our return holiday has been just as good as the last, then unfortunately Covid struck and with our own business needs on top we had been unable to visit for a few years. Having just been able to revisit for a week we were not disappointed. We found the hotel and the staff just as amazing as the previous years. Unfortunately the infinity pool has been removed and there is now no longer an 'adult only area with a pool' - My only criticism would be that this means couples who don't want lots of children around them have nowhere private and adult only to relax anymore. If you are to complete any changes to the pool areas in the coming years this would be my recommendation.Read moreDate of stay : November 2022
