센타라 리저브 사무이의 요리장인 Christopher John Patzold는 솔트 소사이어티 비치 바 & 키친의 신선한 해산물 요리, 사 응아의 타이 타파스, Act 5의 현대적인 고급 요리, 더 테라스의 맛깔스러운 음식과 식당에서 직접 만든 다양한 맞춤형 요리 등 럭셔리 리조트에서 즐기는 색다른 다이닝 경험을 관리하고 있습니다. Chris는 카리브해의 아마냐라 리조트에서 근무하던 중 센타라 리저브 사무이에 합류했으며, 그 이전에는 포시즌스 리조트에서 근무했습니다.

30년 넘게 화려한 경력을 쌓으며 Chris는 모국인 호주의 최고급 레스토랑은 물론, 뉴욕과 런던의 조 앨런 레스토랑에서 잠시 근무한 것을 비롯하여 미국, 영국, 스위스, 버뮤다에서도 근무했습니다.

쉴 때는 주로 새로운 모험을 찾아 모터크로스(비포장도로 오토바이 레이싱)에 참가하는 등 오토바이를 향한 관심을 표출합니다.
