Chef Artit
As an Executive Chef, Chef Artit brings years of culinary expertise to the kitchen of Centara Life Maesot. Chef Artit was inspired by his smart foreigner wear chef jacket who are chefs, which led him to the path of gastronomy. Chef Artit took on his first job at LSG Sky chef in 1996, where he developed and refined his culinary techniques and knowledge of all ingredient in the local area.
Chef Artit’s repertoire includes five-star hotels, famous first Irish pub in Bangkok, steak houses and more, which enabled him to be well-versed in both local and western cuisine. To stay relevant in today’s ever-changing food scene, Chef Artit equips himself with skills by going for courses, and experiments with food innovation.

Good place for lunch or an early dinner
Well worth a stop. Great location as it is not far from the Thai/Burmese border crossing. Nice menu and very nice coffee and pastry on offer.Read moreDate of stay : December 2016
