Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will start planning at least 6-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involved hundreds or more of individuals that span over multiple days, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.
Every event or meeting at Centra by Centara Hotel Mae Sot is supported by our dedicated banqueting team and wireless internet access is provided free of charge. Other supporting facilities include overhead and slide projectors, screen, video, monitors etc.
Indoor Event Space
The collection of event venues ranges from the intimately-sized Phar Charoen meeting room with seating for up to 20 persons to the Mae Sot Ballroom, offering meeting space of 387 square metres that accommodates 450 persons seated theatre-style or 300 persons for a reception.
Intermediate in size, River Moei and Sob Moei meeting rooms take over 100 persons each, while the hotel’s lobby bar can be partially converted in a distinctive venue that features lots of daylight, a piano and space for small get-togethers.
Outdoor Event Space
The expansive gardens form a verdant background for outdoor events for up to 500 persons; the lakeside offers a more intimate setting for events for up to 100 guests.
