  Best and affordable hotel in soi diana

  Stayed here before and was glad to return. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location was good. Would recommend anybody going to pattaya to stay at this hotel as they are plenty of nightlife activities around and restaurants

  Very satisfied

  I was staying 11 nights at the Hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and always helpful at any point of time. The room was very clean and I was fully satisfied with it, good rate, great room. I can definitely recommend the Hotel and will come back for sure. Thanks to all of you.

  Fun time in Pattaya

  Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very courteous and the rooms very clean. the breakfast buffet was great. Don't know where you want to go, but for me it was centrally located. Would stay at this hotel again.

  Great hotel and staff

  Stayed here 10 nights. Was my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. Location is perfect. Close to so many restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet. Nice pool area also accessible to centara azure and there nice pool. Ended up staying 2 extra days. Namtarn at front reception is amazing so friendly and helpful with everything helped me add extra 2 days on my trip. All the staff always happy and smiling. Really was a great stay. Really welcoming experience. Room always clean. Had problem with safe but staff fixed very quickly. Overall absolutely amazing and a decent price. Have already recommended to a few friends who frequent pattaya. And will now be my new regular hotel for every trip. Thanks to Namtarn and all the staff for the great stay. Will see you all again next year :)

  Good hotel for budget

  If you’re traveling with budgets, this hotel is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, service is very nice, location is great. You can walk to Central Festival Pattaya. In case you have a car, you might need to be careful while driving to the parking lot.

  Very nice hotell

  Very nice hotel located near Centara in the center Pattaya. On the roof at 9 floor the hotel has a small pool every time occupied by the people but it can be possible use a beautiful pool near Centara hotel. The staff is very friendly and get all help you need. The rooms are cleaned well, but sometimes after cleaning I got a used towel.

  An excellent 3.5 star hotel

  Location is good and nightlife around the hotel is never lacking. Eateries near the hotel are acceptable as well. Staff are friendly. 1 thing to take note is this hotel doesn't provide free toothbrush and toothpaste.

  Lovely

  Nice place and location. Great price for a decent clean room. Only one issue was there was a cockroach in the tea/mug area. And there was some construction noise while we were sleeping across the room. The gym was not that great. But room was excellent. Loved it.

  Centra Pattaya

  I had only three days ta this Hotel, and I wish that I had more time there! The Ladies at Reception were all very friendly and helpful, check in time was about a minute! The clean Iness was very good and my room was always cleaned as soon as I pressed the button. The ammenities were great and the wise was quick and strong. I will be back here again for sure in the not too distant future!

  Nice place to stay

  Nice and pleasent accommodation.... Good and helpful front desk....They can arrange you local sight seeing and arrange cabs for better price....it has got all animities (steam bath, suna bath, pool and gym)

  Saw a few reviews which made me a little apprehensive before my stay but I couldn't have been happier. Check in was simple, i stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious and modern with a nice sized balcony. Room was quiet and location of the hotel is great. Although it wasnt a problem when I stayed the hotel definitely needs more sun loungers by the pool. They have 4 and that is nowhere near enough for the amount of rooms...

  The hotel placed in good location. Kindly staff and good services. Even though, the hotel wifi is quite poor. And the tv channel is not very various. Fitness and swimming pool are in good condition as well.

  Value for money

  Very modern infrastructure with all modern facilities. Pools side are is great. Lot of options for the breakfast. Polite and supportive staff. Over all very pleasant experience. One minor issue i have is the gutter smell outside hotel. Its not a good experience while you are entering from the front gate.
