  전반적으로 추천!

  시설은 전반적으로 쾌적했고 수영장은 작은 편이지만 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 다만 아오낭비치와 거리가 꽤 있는 편이고, 셔틀 서비스가 있긴 하지만 자주 있는 편이 아니라 조금 불편합니다. 특히 호텔로 들어올 때의 픽업 횟수가 더 늘어났으면 합니다. 조식은 전반적으로 괜찮은 편이었으나 5일을 묶는 내내 조식 메뉴가 변화가 없는 점아 아쉬웠습니다. 조식 메뉴가 조금씩이라도 매일 바뀌면 더 좋을 듯 합니다.

  Lovely staff but let down by pool area

  Clean, modern rooms but let down by pool area which had cigarette butts lying around and tiles which need a good pressure wash. Also not enough sun beds around the pool given the number of rooms. Breakfast also could do with more ham and cheeses available. Shuttle bus was good but limited numbers. Rainbow Restaurant nearby is excellent.

  Awesome and memorable place

  It was one of the best hotels I have stayed recently. Really wonderful rooms and architecture. The ambience during breakfast was wonderful as it was next to Swimming pool. Caring and helpful staff which is too kind. I had really awesome and memorable stay at this place.

  an oasis of calm

  we have just returned from 9 nights at the Centra a lovely small tranquill hotel. Our room overlooking the pool was well proportioned and the bathroom well fitted with a lovely walk in shower with decent water pressure. The room was well cleaned daily and towels changed as required/requested. Breakfast was buffet style with a fantastic selection of all the usual foods cooked and fresh. although I should say that if like me you are unable to eat Gluten and Dairy it could be a challenge. tables were cleared and reset quickly. The pool area is quite small and if you want to spend the day on a lounger you have to be up very early as there is not a lot of availability. Pool towels are supplied and there is a good choice of snacks and drinks. Service as always was first class. there are a couple of decent restaurants just outside the hotel and the quality of food there is also good if you miss breakfast in the hotel tuk tuk to the beach is about 100 baht increases after midnight which is fair enough and plenty of availability we rarely waited on the main road for more than 10 mins there is a really fantastic selection of restaurants of every level on the main road we particularly wanted to visit the seafood restaurant on the opposite side of the road up near the night market but didnt have the opportunity The centra is in a quiet location away from the hustle of the main road but within easy distance to travel. I should say that the outlook from the hotel is not as picturesque as some, it overlooks a predominantly residential area with that entails. as we didnt spend a great deal of time on our balcony so this was not an issue for us I would certainly stay again . Ladies take a decent make up mirror so that you can make best use of the room lighting as the dressing table light is not particularly goodl

  Amazing Trip

  Love this hotel service was good and staff always smile during busy.. Pool was clean and nice Room was clean and pillow so soft ..   Great stay!

  We stayed for 2 weeks at the Centra from 16 Apr and had a great experience. The hotel was extremely quiet due to the virus but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we were well looked after. Clean rooms and very comfy bed and pillows. We were blessed with a pool and mountain view room which was stunning. I would certainly stay at the Centra Phu Pano again, highly recommended and superb value for money.

  Great hotel!

  Lovely customer service, everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Pool area was nice and clean, not quite as spacious as in the pictures but it didn’t bother us! Over all super nice!

  Good hotel for City break

  Great hôtel, good location not so far From Beach and night life, very clean, Great breakfast and fast check in and check out process. The Only problem is the size of the pool and number of seat, too small.

  Great Hotel

  Hotel very clean.room can be little bigger. Nice Bed and great Aircon. Grear view to the palm.trees and Mountains. Just negativ the noise.from the factory next. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great for take a trip to the islands. Ao Nang beach is not the best.

  Good for Family Stay

  Nice hotel for family stay. Good breakfast. Location is slighltly far from Ao Nang Beach however if you manage to walk for 15-20 mins then location won't be any issue. Not far from Main street to Ao nang. Breakfast has got variety & its awsome . Please note that they keep 1000 Bahts in cash as deposit which they refund you after check out. They have shuttles service to Ao nang beach (3-4 times per day)
