• The promotion is valid for new bookings only and is subject to room availability at the time of reservation.

• Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply without prior notice.
• Full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and all reservations are non-refundable.
• Any cancellation, amendment, or no-show will incur a charge equivalent to the full booking amount.
• Additional surcharges may apply during weekends, public holidays, long weekends, and festive periods.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card for the entire duration of stay.

• One-time massage inclusions:
o 30-minute massage for 2 adults for all One-Bedroom Villas
o 60-minute massage for up to 4 adults for all Two- and Three-Bedroom Residences
• Extra adult charges include an extra bed, Half Board Plus meal plan, round-trip transfers, and green tax.
• Extra child charges (under 11.99 years) include Half Board Plus meal plan, round-trip transfers, and green tax.
• Meal plan upgrade supplements:
o Full Board Plus: USD 35 per person, per night
o All-Inclusive: USD 80 per person, per night
• All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
