- On 16 July 2025, representatives of Centara Hotels & Resorts will randomly select winners for each prize, one by one, in the following order:
- Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, Mirage Panoramic Room, 3 nights for 2 adults and up to 2 children including breakfast.
- Centara Mirage Resort Dubai, Superior King Room, 3 nights for 2 adults and up to 2 children including breakfast.
- Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, Deluxe Explorer Room, 3 nights, for 2 adults and up to 2 children including breakfast.
- Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne, Premium Deluxe, 3 nights, for 2 adults and up to 2 children including breakfast.
- Total 4 prizes
- Children aged under 12.
- Winners will be announced on the Centara Hotels & Resorts Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/centarahotelsresorts) on 23 July 2025. The Company will also contact the winners via the email provided at the time of booking for verification.
- Winners must verify their details within 30 days of the announcement date (by 23 August 2025) by replying to the confirmation email or contacting Centara Hotels & Resorts via Facebook direct message. Verification must include a certified copy of an identification card (for Thai winners) or passport (for non-Thai winners). If the winner does not respond within the specified period, he or she will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected following the same process.
- Winners are liable for a withholding tax of 5% of the total prize value.
- Employees of Centara Hotels & Resorts, affiliated companies, agency partners, and their families are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- The decision of Centara Hotels & Resorts regarding the lucky draw and winners is final and binding. Any participants found to be involved in any form of dispute, dishonesty, or violation of the rules may be disqualified without prior notice.
- Winners consent to the use of their personal data (name, surname, etc.) for promotional purposes by Centara Hotels & Resorts, including public announcements and advertisements on Company channels.

- Vouchers for winners will be issued in the winner's name. The winner must be listed as one of the guests using the voucher.
- For Thais that win prize of international property (Vietnam, Dubai or Maldives), the prize can be exchanged to use in any hotels or resorts in Thailand, with similar value.

- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Vouchers will be sent to winners via email or mail (for winners living in Thailand).
- To redeem the voucher, winners must contact the relevant property directly or reach out to customer service at [email protected] or +66 2 102 1234 at least 7 days prior to the stay date.
- Vouchers are subject to room availability and cannot be used during blackout periods.
- Vouchers must be used by 23 July 2026.
