Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Beds are well made, view of Bangkok from rooms are great. Elevators are many and really fast. The hotel is attached to big shopping mall with plenty of outside food restaurant options. You can have food in the hotel with many Centra Grand restaurants including rooftop bar. It's better option than many other pricier hotel I stayed ion past. Many spas are nearby area in walking distance. I stayed at Centara (Ladprao) for ba business trip that lasted 8 days. I wish I could stay longer.. Excelllent in all aspects. the service, the kind request by hotel to participate in green initiatives, the laundry is excellently washed, the food was awesome, and the room is clean. The indoor tea, indoor coffee, and water are also excellent. What struck me is that truly Centara grand has distinguished itself in business travel. the bed, the pillows, the shower, the adequacy of provisions, and even the excellent variety of food (Thai, Western, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian) were all in a good mix.
