The "Podernuovo" winery, established in 2009 by Giovanni Bulgari, fourth-generation CEO of the luxury jewellery brand Bvlgari and also a vintner, is located in the famous wine-producing region of Tuscany, Italy. The winery's manufacturing methods, which utilise geothermal and solar energy to the fullest extent for environmental consideration, have attracted global attention. This wine event, held for the first time at the Embassy of Clab, features four of the highest quality wines from "Podernuovo," paired with a dinner by Tomo Maeda, head chef of Lifestyle Kitchen.

Head Chef Tomo MaedaAfter graduating from university, Tomo Maeda moved to Australia alone and learned the basics of cooking through local restaurant work. Upon returning to Japan, he honed his skills in five-star hotels and restaurant weddings. In 2012, he opened his own restaurant in Kyoto's Gion district, which quickly became a popular spot featured in the media for its original cuisine that transcends both French and Japanese-Western genres. Currently, he oversees the all-day dining, banquet facilities, and in-room dining at Centara, aiming to provide a unique culinary experience available only here.

On the event day, the Export Manager will be representing the brand in Japan!
After gaining experience at the food and beverage giant Mondelez, he joined Potel Nuovo in 2017. He is committed to expanding the Italian market and enhancing brand recognition as a winery. Since 2020, he has worked as the Export Manager, striving to develop new overseas markets and build the brand.
