Head Chef - Lifestyle Kitchen
After university, chef Maeda ventured solo to Australia, mastering cooking in a local restaurant. Back in Japan, he excelled at Hyatt Regency Fukuoka before managing a café restaurant, gaining invaluable leadership skills. He spearheaded a new restaurant wedding venue, showcasing his culinary finesse and managerial acumen. In 2012, he opened his innovative restaurant in Kyoto's Gion district garnered widespread acclaim for its fusion cuisine.

In December 2023, he joined Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, overseeing culinary operations across all-day restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining service. Leading a diverse team, he crafts exclusive dining experiences, catering to guests from Japan and abroad with his linguistic expertise.
