Dec and jan 24 (party of 10)
Just returned from a 2 week break over christmas and the new year at the Centara albeit we had a 3 day gap in the middle. This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We had a 2 bedroomed room which was excellent , spacious and provided with everything that was needed. One of our party was taken ill on the trip (not in any way related to the hotel i might add) which required a 3 night stay in hospital. The staff went over and above to help the family including sending a basket of fruit to the hospital. I found all the staff amazing and a credit to the Centara brand. I will just add the the gentleman that hands out pool towels maybe just needs to calm down a little bit. It became a little standing joke about what grief we would have that day trying to sign towels out. A pointless exercise when there is a non existant process for signing back in!!!! the sunbeds all being taken at 7 in the morning was annoying buy hey - not a deal breaker at all. Clearing food plates etc from poolside could of been a bit better organised as well as some of them were left all day. Great stay at the Centara Kata Resort
Had a wonderful stay here, good location if you want to be near bars, restaurants etc but still quiet enough to have relaxing holiday. Staff are amazing, call out to Coach and his team, in particular Wut who really helped make our stay memorable. Only criticism is that the hotel is a bit tired in places and could do with a bit of TLC to be truly 4* but not enough to stop us having a great holiday. Great location and enjoyable stay
Second stay at this resort. Stayed 16 nights in block 9 with view over the pool and could have stayed longer. Great breakfast buffet, so many choices and you would be hard to please if you couldn't find something your tastebuds didn't like. Aoy greets you with a beautiful smile and the happy chef Ngek is very proud of the food she serves up, which she should be. Ohm makes great cocktails by the pool and is always smiling. Three pools, two mainly adults and one for adults and children. Great location, 30 second walk to 7 eleven main street, restaurants' everywhere, five min walk to Kata walking street, great street food. Returning again, been there 6-8 times, really enjoyed every time. All is good, the Chef Neag in kitchen.To the people in restaurant as Aoy and Mark and all the other. Good hotel, good location
Good hotel in a good location, not so far from Kata night market where you can enjoy food in the evening. From the airport, I came here by SMART BUS PHUKET and get off at Kata Palm stop. then walk backwards around 350 meters, very easy to find the hotel.
