  Sam hotel but a totally new look since Covid

  Centara service has always been impeccable and friendly but the look this time was from another dimension. I'd stayed there frequently before Covid because it's always been an excellent hotel with a front door 20 meters from Central Plaza. (How great is that!) But the look of the hotel this time was mind blowing. The lobby and the complimentary breakfast room were more spacious resembling living rooms. It was really great to see. There appear to be so many new high-end hotels in Udon but none can hold a candle to the experienced hand and luxury at Centara

  Amazing CENTARA Hotel

  The Hotel is attached to an excellent Plaza Mall and not far from Airport and around 5-10 min walking far from Night market. Services inch the hotel are excellent and staff too. Environment is excellent and clean.

  A step in the right direction in customer care

  Starting to rack up stays here, the location, hotel staff entirely are outstanding. The on site restaruant is supperior in service, Taste and decor. Gym, Spa and Pool with the attachment of the mall, makes it a one stop location.

  My pleasurable home (hotel) experience in Udon Thani

  Make your visit to Udon Thani memorable with “family’ feeling of welcome and enjoyment of excellent living in Centara Hotel. Centara Hotel is “ creme del a creme” of all Udon Thani and perhaps of all Thailand. My hotel in Bangkok did not compare to value, services, and good feeling of welcome as was received in Udon Thani Centara Hotel.

  Perfect stays with family

  Very welcoming staff at any point (from parking, front desk, bar and restaurant until to cleaning service). We spend several stays in this hotel, we will come back again. I really recommend to any guest looking for a confortable experience.

  Stay at Centara Hotel in Udon Thani

  My stay at the Centara Hotel in Udon Thani was great. The entire staff at the resort was fantastic and they truly know how to treat a valued customer. The check in as well as the check out process was very smooth and the individuals who served me at the lobby bar were always very attentive. Tru assets to the Resort.

  Best hotel in town

  Very nice hotel considering the location in a small town. The staff is outstanding. The service level is clearly above average and the location right next to the Central Plaza mall is a big plus. This is clearly the choice for Udon Thani.

  Best part of udon thani

  Hotel clean and staff great. Gym is good needs better maintenance and ac needs to be on. Breakfast isn't great as bread is always stale at all times of morning. Location is perfect next to shopping area and around the corner from a street of bars. Other than hotel I found Udon Thani to be lacking as a tourist destination. We were there as we were visiting family 2 hours away by car.

  Nice stay and helpful staff

  Had a nice stay in Centara Udon Thani, while the hotel is a bit dated and during my stay renovations were underway, here and there a few things were broken. Anyway the staff was very helpful and als willing to help with some advices for the region. Got a free room upgrade, which was very attentive. Breakfast had a lot of options, I focused on the Thai ones and was very happy that they were even serving Thai Coffee for breakfast.

  Best Location Hotel in Town

  The Best Hotel in town, the location is in the center of Udon Thani downtown. It is connected to the biggest shopping center in town. Only 15 min away from the airport. The interior of guest rooms have been rejuvenated.

  Always good

  Nice rooms, wonderful staff. Seem to have cut back on the breakfast buffet, hopefully temporary. Rooms are being renovated and are pleasant. View is impeded by wrinkling and clouding in the reflective window film, which us a shame. The staff is always the best here! We keep coming back.

  Rooms are comfortable and roomy, with walk-in showers and good water pressure. Breakfast is wonderful, a large buffet both western and Asian.. Staff is great, personable, polite, and well-trained. Location is perfect, next to the shopping center. Restaurantis excellentfor dinner as well.

  Will never hesitate to recommend this Hotel. Beyond our expectation experience.

  Location wise, this hotel is very ideal as it is located in the heart of the city, the staff were all good. Food s available 24 hrs. Adjacent to the very famous Department store, Central Udon Thani. Accessible to all nearby tourist areas.

  Family visit to Udon Thani

  Well located hotel next to the Central Plaza shopping centre. One of the most comfortable and definetely the largest hotel beds we have slept on. Good check in and check out service. Parking was arranged very close to the hotel entrance.

  We Love It Here

  The rooms are always immaculate and the breakfast is excellent. Centara staff are trained to the highest standards and know how to make a guest feel welcome and taken care of. We have been pleased with the Centara brand every time, in many locations, and Centara Udon Thani never disappoints us. Highly recommended.

  City hotel, great option for a short stay

  The staff are friendly. Check-in and checkout was quick. Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The location is excellent, right next to Central Udon Thani department store. The breakfast selection is poor and not worth the extra money.
