Chef Kareem is a culinary inspired from Egypt where his training & specialize from the love of meat and seafood which begins in year 2005, with his dedication was trained by many Chefs from Continental countries. He joined Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa since year 2013 with his love of Meat and Charcuterie has been showcase in our culinary and The Al Khaimah restaurant.
