  What a lovely hidden hide away

  Stayed at Centara for 18 nights with our two daughters over Christmas and New Year, stay could not have been better. Although the rooms are a little dated they are fine and help you relax into your stay, we had two superb rooms just up from the pool and where really just fantastically located - lots of steps to reception from the bar/pool area, but this helps you get your steps in so no real problem. Greta team of staff who could not do more to assist you. Highly recommended.

  Beautiful sea view villa in exotic surroundings

  A location with stunning views from the sea view villa; however, I feel that the hotel takes advantage of the secluded location by over charging for food and drinks and adding an extra 10% service charge to all bar purchases. We would have spent more time at the hotel bar and restaurant if we didn’t feel like we were being ripped off with paying triple for food and drinks when we had already paid a premium to stay there. Overall a beautiful hotel and I’d stay there again but as I did this time I’d eat and drink out.

  The staff were all so friendly and helpful with everything. The resort is beautiful and has everything you are after for a relaxing stay or if you are more into doing trips and activities, they are very helpful.

  Koh Samui Bliss

  What a great location, so peaceful and relaxing. Staff were amazing. Very attentive, and genuinely so, with a happy disposition and a lovely smile each time you engaged with them. A clear highlight each morning when you went to breakfast. Our Villa room was fantastic, and the private plunge pool was great. Meant if you just needed a quick dip to cool off it was there right at your front door.

  Memorable first time visit to Ko Samui

  Great venue, wonderful staff. Some improvement in housekeeping but on the whole was a wonderful stay. Food was excellent. Thank you for a lovely week.

  I would stay here again!

  This is a great quality resort for those on a budget and I would recommend for women travelling alone. Is it a 5 star resort - no. Are you paying for one - no. The Good - I got a room with a private pool and loved the feeling of isolation and quiet; it was exactly what I needed to recharge. The food is excellent and I would recommend getting the all inclusive package. Also, the mattresses did NOT dip in the middle! It was so awesome. Not so good - I have recommended that they get more snacks on their menu, the water could have been hotter and the air con in the room is quite loud - all first world problems. Others have complained that it's in the middle of nowhere, and it is, but they have shuttles into town, and for me, a resort is about the resort. If I wanted to see the town, I would stay there. I could hear the thumping of a neighbours air con, but I actually found it soothing, like a heart beat. Shout out to Nee in the spa - she gives great massages!

  Beautiful quiet resort

  This was our second visit to Centra Villas. Beautiful resort in a quiet area with stunning views, and nice large well supplied and serviced rooms. We had a pool villa which was lovely. Yes there are a lot of steps, but we knew that so it didn't worry us, if anybody has mobility issues, this would be a problem. The Spa and staff Aff and Nee are wonderful. The Staff at the Coral Bar and Reef Cafe are exceptional, always smiling and willing to help. The resort is an older resort and furnishings could be updated, but is very clean and tidy.

  Wonderful place that only needs minor improvements to make it outstanding

  The place is so beautiful with lovely pools right next to the beach. Extremely relaxing place to be with outstanding views. You could say the beach is more or less private as the resort is closed off. Beds were comfy with good air con and overhead fan. Facilities was great. Staff was exceptional and so friendly. The only minor letdown was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and food quality at the restaurant wasn't great except for breakfast, So many other aspects was exceptional this made up for it. Would we stay again? Yes for sure and hope they take the feedback to improve an already great place.

  Just back from my recent trip to Centara Villas Samui where I celebrated my 50th birthday. The Management & staff were amazing. The pool boy would lay out our towels for us each morning and provide me with extra cushions for my back. The Spa facilities are amazing and the ladies are so professional, friendly and give fantastic massage. Food and Beverage staff are all very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to get you what you want. Breakfast is best in Samui. Although every staff member has made a positive impact on my vacation, I’d like to say Thank You to some of the people in particular, View , Anu, Goong, Puky Ao, Mam, Mark, all the ladies in the spa, and of course the boys who carry our luggage in the sweltering heat and still smile , A big Thank You ! Home Away from Home !!!!

  no rubbish would be nice

  Koh Samui could be a paradies... Waste policy needs to be improved. I expect a large, beautiful hotel to actively influence the surrounding region and help its “neighbors” with waste disposal. Oceanview fr more bungalows would be nice...

  Idyllic Setting

  We spent 5 nights at Centara Villas Samui. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room, food, service, surroundings. We chose a Premier villa with swimming pool. The air-conditioning is great. The WiFi is excellent throughout the whole complex. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are a lot of steps, but easily done if you take your time. If you had a leg injury you would struggle.

  Top resort

  Nice resort in a quite environment. All facilities and views are superb. Nearest villages only possible by car, but transfer is been taking care of for a effordable amount. Breakfast is very good and restaurant is straight at the beach so nice views, especially in the morning.
