  Excellent hotel

  The hotel staff and facilities are just amazing, very kind and doing everything to satisfy the guests stay. Breakfast and in room free of charge minibar offers wide variety of food and beverages and making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Fah, Few and White from the front desk, Paul and the pool team, Kik and the breakfast team were just amazing!

  Beachfront Luxury

  Luxury hotel on the best beach in Samui. Rooms are luxurious and extremely well appointed. Complimentary Mini bar inclusions are gin, vodka and scotch with mixers that are replenished daily. Staff so friendly and courteous, very very quick to deliver any room amenities you need. Beach staff prepare your lounge and are topping up your iced water all the time. Buffet breakfast is a delight, huge varied selection to suit all tastes. Driveway staff are so friendly and helpful arranging transport to and from the hotel at any time. This was my 14th visit to Centara and it certainly will not be the last..

  The place is characterized by excellent service! Every request is made immediately, rooms are cleaned several times a day. Advanced service through the app is possible to request any request in any language. There is no such service! In the pool, at the sea, at the reception, they will do everything to make us feel satisfied. Perfect place!!!

  Since we arrive at the hotel everything was perfect, the employees are very friendly and they read everything from your eyes. The restaurants are all very good and when you come to the hotel you must visit all of them ! The room was large with a large bathroom, minibar for free, also Whisky, Gin and Vodka, every day we got a surprise in the room (cake, chocolate, etc.). The massages at the spa were very good, professional and the employees were very friendly !!!! All in all it was a perfect stay, we only can highly recommend this resort !!!

  Luxury in Koh Samui

  o yourself a favour and book Centara Reserve in Koh Samui. Absolutely luxury next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It's a 15 minute walk to the main shops, with restaurants close by. The rooms are stunning. We stayed in a room on the top floor which had breathtaking views over the beach and sea. The restaurants and pool are amazing. There's almost no need to leave the resort if you don't want to. And the staff - they make you feel so special and important. Has become one of my favourite resorts.

  Amazing Experience

  Our stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui was a flawless blend of luxury, relaxation, and world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs—greeted with cool towels, refreshing welcome drinks, delicious chocolates and warm, genuine smiles from the staff. Our suite was pure paradise: beautifully designed, and boasting stunning views of the ocean. Every detail was perfect, from the comfortable bedding (amazing feather pillows) to the surprise of the day and personalised notes that made us feel so special. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was delicious whether at the pool or the exceptional choices of dining rooms, the food was fresh, creative, and bursting with flavour. Breakfast was a wide variety of delicious foods and the omelette cooked by Chef Bird was the best I’ve ever eaten and definitely one of the highlight’s of our stay. The dining staff were always genuinely friendly especially Pui, Anne, Plapla, Olivia and Kik. A big thanks to Ice from Front Desk who had banana and ice waiting every morning after a gym session from the modern sensational gym. The beach is a dream come true—pristine white sand, clear turquoise waters, and impeccable service from the pool staff especially Paul and Smoothie, Whether lounging or swimming in the pool we were always taken care of. The entire resort is a tropical oasis, with lush, beautifully landscaped grounds that made every corner feel like a hidden paradise. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Centara Reserve Koh Samui is an absolute gem. It offers the perfect balance of luxury, impeccable service, and stunning natural beauty. We can’t wait to come back to this slice of heaven! Highly recommended!

  Fabulous hotel

  Our fifth stay in this wonderful hotel. The best position on the beach three swimming pools and beautifully kept grounds. The staff are amazing always there to help nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff the pool boys and the wait staff are fabulous.the rooms are kept immaculate and the mini bar replenished daily. The cocktail in the rum bar were great as is all the food in the restaurants. I cannot recommend Centara Reserve highly enough we will be back next year with hopefully our extended family.

  An amazing experience

  Centara Reserve Samui is amazing! The hotel, pools and grounds leading onto a beautiful beach were incredible. The team are experts in creating memorable experiences for their guests. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many luxury hotels and never had the level of service we experienced with the friendly, genuine and attention to detail oriented team at Samui. Free breakfast & free minibar was included for all guests - with a delicious banquet of options for breakfast. if you are looking to treat yourself please go and stay at this hotel. It was outstanding!!

  Fantastic Resort

  One of the best holidays my partner and our friends have ever had. The beach and swimming pools were great. We enjoyed the swim-up bar. Our pool access rooms were amazing. The breakfasts were exceptional. The daily restock of the minibar and cocktails were an unexpected surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this resort.

  An oasis

  Stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon and it was perfection. Our ocean view room was sublime and we spent a lot of time at the main pool. The complimentary minibar and 'surprise of the day' were lovely treats. Highly recommend.
