Stunning setting with amazing staff
This was such a beautiful resort. All of the staff were helpful and courteous. Walak on reception went above and beyond for us and our son and she really made our stay special. Food was delicious. What a lovely hidden hide away
Stayed at Centara for 18 nights with our two daughters over Christmas and New Year, stay could not have been better. Although the rooms are a little dated they are fine and help you relax into your stay, we had two superb rooms just up from the pool and where really just fantastically located - lots of steps to reception from the bar/pool area, but this helps you get your steps in so no real problem. Beautiful sea view villa in exotic surroundings
A location with stunning views from the sea view villa; however, I feel that the hotel takes advantage of the secluded location by over charging for food and drinks and adding an extra 10% service charge to all bar purchases. We would have spent more time at the hotel bar and restaurant if we didn’t feel like we were being ripped off with paying triple for food and drinks when we had already paid a premium to stay there. What a great location, so peaceful and relaxing. Staff were amazing. Very attentive, and genuinely so, with a happy disposition and a lovely smile each time you engaged with them. A clear highlight each morning when you went to breakfast. Our Villa room was fantastic, and the private plunge pool was great. I would stay here again!
This is a great quality resort for those on a budget and I would recommend for women travelling alone. Is it a 5 star resort - no. Are you paying for one - no. The Good - I got a room with a private pool and loved the feeling of isolation and quiet; it was exactly what I needed to recharge. The food is excellent and I would recommend getting the all inclusive package. Also, the mattresses did NOT dip in the middle! It was so awesome. Not so good - I have recommended that they get more snacks on their menu, the water could have been hotter and the air con in the room is quite loud - all first world problems. Others have complained that it's in the middle of nowhere, and it is, but they have shuttles into town, and for me, a resort is about the resort. If I wanted to see the town, I would stay there. Beautiful quiet resort
This was our second visit to Centra Villas. Beautiful resort in a quiet area with stunning views, and nice large well supplied and serviced rooms. We had a pool villa which was lovely. Yes there are a lot of steps, but we knew that so it didn't worry us, if anybody has mobility issues, this would be a problem. The Spa and staff Aff and Nee are wonderful. The Staff at the Coral Bar and Reef Cafe are exceptional, always smiling and willing to help. Wonderful place that only needs minor improvements to make it outstanding
The place is so beautiful with lovely pools right next to the beach. Extremely relaxing place to be with outstanding views. You could say the beach is more or less private as the resort is closed off. Beds were comfy with good air con and overhead fan. Facilities was great. Staff was exceptional and so friendly. The only minor letdown was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and food quality at the restaurant wasn't great except for breakfast, So many other aspects was exceptional this made up for it.
