This Songkran, Suan Bua Restaurant at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok unveils a rare seasonal treasure — Khao Chae, the royal summer delicacy crafted from the revered Chakra Bandhu family recipe.

Every element is meticulously prepared: jasmine-scented water, premium rice grains, and a refined ensemble of accompaniments — from sweetened sun-dried fish to shrimp paste, stuffed chilies, and shredded beef or pork.
