What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon.

Do you offer early check-in and late check-in/out?

We cannot gurantee but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the room is ready. We will be happy to keep your luggages before check-in.

Do you have extra beds?

No extra beds are available; if there are more than 3 guests, please reserve 2 rooms. Please note that the maximum number of guests per room is 2 adults.

Up to what age are children allowed to use bunk beds in a family room?

Bunk beds are available for children under 11 years old.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will be happy to keep them at the bell desk on the 1st floor.

How do you handle forgotten items?

Please call or email us with the following information:

*We will keep the lost item for one week. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

*Lost and found items can be shipped only within Japan.

What methods of payment are available?

Payment can be made by various credit cards or cash.

Is a baby crib or bed guard available?

A limited number of baby cribs and bed guards are available. Please indicate in the request box when making a reservation.

In-room dining is available 24 hours a day. We offer Japanese and Thai cuisine, as well as a children's menu. 

Do you have an Internet connection?

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. 

Where can I store my valuables?

All rooms are equipped with a safety deposit box.

Ice machines are located near the elevators on each floor.

Are there vending machines available?

There are no vending machines in the hotel.

Is there a laundromat near the hotel?

There is a coin-operated laundry about a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a bank/ATM nearby?

ATM is in a convenience store just a minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a fitness center?

The 24-hour fitness center is located on the 4th floor of the hotel. Shoes and training clothes rentals are also available.

Do you have meeting/banquet rooms?

We have banquet rooms that can accommodate all kinds of gatherings, including corporate events, gala dinners, cocktail hours, social gatherings, and online meetings for small groups.

Are reservations required for the Spa?

Reservation is recommended, but we welcome walk-in guests if there is availability then.

At our spa facility, we provide convenient disposable underwear, clothing, and bathrobes.

Can men use the facilities as well?

All facilities and treatments are available for male guests.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on the ground level in front of the hotel (4,000 yen for 24 hours) and in affiliated parking lots (1,600-2,000 yen per night).

There is a convenience store located 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Can you arrange transportation from the airport or train station?

Can I send my luggage to the hotel ahead of time?

We can keep your luggage. Please clearly state your booking name on the shipment.

Where can I buy a ticket for Universal Studios Japan?

1-Day Studio Pass is available for purchase at the Bell Desk on the 1st floor. Express Passes are not available.
