子連れにはクラブルームが絶対おすすめ
８月に４泊しました。ジャングルのような広大なプールとキッズクラブでのアトラクションで、ホテル内だけでも十分楽しめます。 キッズクラブでは、クッキー作り（１時間半かかって50バーツ）とバッグのペイント（40分、250バーツ）を子供が体験しました。有料ですが、他国の子供達と一緒に楽しそうでした。 また1Fの家族用クラブランジが充実しておりお勧めです。朝・昼・夕と休憩がてらラウンジに寄っては食事をしていました。ラウンジ内にはプレイルームと大きな滑り台が併設され、子供を遊ばせている間に親がカクテルタイムを楽しめます。沢山の子供達がはしゃぎまくっているので、他のホテルラウンジのような気兼ねは不要です。 大人限定の静かなラウンジは別に12Fにあるそうです。 ホテル周辺にはコンビニしか見当たりませんが、クラブルールを選択すれば食事の心配はいりません。夕方のカクテルタイムで提供されてる食事が物足りない場合は、＋ルームサービスで良いと思います。Read moreDate of stay : August 2023 -

家族向きのホテル
プールが充実しており、ビーチへのアクセスも楽なので子供は一日中遊ぶ事ができて良い。ビーチにいる売り子はできれば排除していただきたい。 朝食は品数も充実しているが、それと比較をすると夜のビュッフェは値段の割りにやや見劣りがした。 シャワーで温水が出ないというトラブルがあったものの、すぐに対応して頂き事なきを得た。 キッズルームが有料（Ｂ５０）でしたが、お金を払うほど充実したものではないので、無料にした方が良いのでは？Read moreDate of stay : July 2020 -

プール、デッキチェアーがたくさんある。
チェックインの時間は早くはいらせてもらえ、またフロントの女性の方がとても親切。わからないことがあればいつもその方に聞きに行った。どのかたもしんせつでとてもいきとどいていた。イン、アウトもとてもスムーズで荷物の札も短時間でも容易されきちんとされていた。口コミ通りホテルをでて正面にコンビニと両替所があり、左にいくときれいで安いおいいしいイタリアレストランがあり、昼、夜にいった。ホテルのビュッフェもおすしがあり、お肉や魚介類も好きなものをやいてもらえ、テーブルにはこんでくれた。また行きたいホテルです。Read moreDate of stay : August 2019 -

プール、朝食、ファミマがいいです！
プールは予想通りよい。スライダー、微妙に流れるプール、広くて良いです。また想像以上に朝食が良かったです。種類が豊富で、タイ料理はここで十分でした。あと、今回、クラブファミリーの部屋にしましたが、それがとても特別感があり、良かったです。特に夕方のお酒が飲める時間は最高。気のきいたツマミもあり、スパークリングワインをガブガブいきました。あとは、シャトルバスの数が豊富で、街に出るのに苦労しないこと。最後にいいのが、ホテルを出て9歩で行けるファミマが24時間空いていて、なんでもそこで揃うこと。ビールも安くゲットできました。ファミマすごい。おまけにホテル前にタクシーおやじたちがたむろしており、ちゃんと交渉すればそこそこまともな値段で行ってくれることです。ラスト、朝４時に迎えに来てもらい、スワナプーンまで行きました。Read moreDate of stay : April 2019 -

A vacay that enjoy all my time in hotel.
My family love to stay 100% in the hotel this time. The food price is really reasonable with good quality and environment. Only regrets that i cannot enjoy slider since my son wanted to do other activities because they have a lot of things kid loves. The best hotel for family occasion

An excellent hotel with a magnificent aquatik park. Rooms are very comfortable and large. Very good restaurant in the hotel (Waves). Staff very attentive and always very polite. A large choice of items for breakfast if you are an asian guest, few choice for European customers. For me, the best hotel i haver ever stayed in my life. Happy holiday with family
Hotel has nice location.Sleep well and good facilities for all generation. I like breakfast many variety of food. Staff provide good service. Pool very large and we enjoy with water park. Staff at Rum Jungle very good service. I enjoy with drinks and he did surprise my Birthday which I unexpectation that hotel will reliase my birthday on arrival day. Thank you very much. Adults who want to go to a resort in a short period of time, children who want to play in the pool, they all met. The view from the room was great. The staff was kind and had many smiles. Especially good with kids
As always service, food and rooms are good at centara grand mirage. The only thing missing to gode this hotel 5 stars is that they await 14 days to release deposit after checking out. Most other hotels are able to do that right away. Also key cards needed to be activated daily.Read moreDate of stay : July 2023
