  Attention to Detail! 🫶🏼

  Fantastic hotel with phenomenal attention to detail. We were celebrating our son’s birthday at the hotel and the they certainly made it a memorable experience for us. Everything single member of the team we met always had a smile on their. Best hotel in Samui.

  Amazing hotel

  A wonderful experience at Centara Reserve Koh Samui. Everything from the staff, amenities, food and service was superb. We stayed in a pool access room, enjoying the location immensely. A special thanks to Peter and Tony who welcomed us each day at the front entrance, Peter our driver took us on a amazing day trip. And Suzy in the bar is a darling. All staff very friendly and welcoming.

  Best hotel n Koh Samui

  I stayed in 4 hotels this trip and I have to say, there is not much I can fault at this hotel, the hotel is beautifully renovated, it is located right on the beach of chewang and the grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff are amazing and very accomodating. Their sole purpose is to make sure we are well looked after and they definitely did that. The breakfast is one of the best I have had, the choices are 5 star. If you want to be pampered and live like royalty for a little while and escape your average life do not look any further. Book this hotel now, all the staff were amazing and if I could name all of them I would but a have a special mention to goes to Fah, white Ai and Pepe

  I highly recommend this place.

  There are probably only people who have never been there, but if they have been there once, they won't consider any other place. Although I haven't visited all of the many accommodations, this place will make you feel extremely happy and comfortable after just one visit. This honeymoon experience is something I will never forget, and staying here was a big part of it. Next time I go to Samui, I will choose this place without hesitation.

  Beautiful hotel with great service

  Even though we had a lot of rain, staying at Centara was the best we could have done. With the amenities like the fitness studio, the staff, the restaurants, the beautiful hotel room - the stay was an exerpience any way. And as soon as the sun came out, everything was ready for us to enjoy outside as well. Also a big bonus for one of the best breakfasts we ever had!

  Great first stay at Centara Reserve Samui

  First time staying at Centara Reserve.The service from Khun William was amazing since the moment I arrived at Samui Airport .All reception staff were incredibly helpful.They made my stay so enjoyable by going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed.The service team at restaurant and bar were excellent.Highly Recommended !!!

  You have to stay here

  This hotel is fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is delicious. The rooms are beautiful with very comfy beds. The pool area is spacious with lots of sunbeds. Being located on the beach you are spoilt with stunning views and warm sea water.

  One of the best places I’ve stayed in, service was amazing, staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was a problem I asked to watch the rugby World Cup final and they set up a special room for us to watch as it was 2am in the morning and not on tv , couldn’t have asked for better service.

  Lovely grounds and beach but ordinary room

  We stayed in a deluxe garden view room. The layout of the room was disappointing. There was no where to sit and no table and/or chairs inside. Room in the bottom of an open storage wardrobe was the only area for suitcases and can only fit one. Nowhere else suitable for a second case that was in the way in the bedroom. The room was quite small with nowhere to store phones, tablets, books etc. A good sized balcony but the chairs were uncomfortable. The resort itself is lovely, on a beautiful beach. Staff were great and food at both the breakfast buffet and the pool bar was excellent. Location was also a bit disappointing as many shops in the area are closed down and the sidewalk to the busier Samui Central area was terrible or non-existent in some parts.

  What a wonderful hotel

  We recently stayed with our 3 teenage children at Centara Reserve Samui and had the most wonderful stay. Rooms are excellent and stylish. Beds are very comfortable. Pools and facilities are amazing and the staff are so helpful. We would go back.

  The most amazing resort!

  We stayed at Centara Reserve Samui for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for anything better! The resort was amazingly beautiful, the staff so attentive and friendly, the facilities, pool was glorious, we had the most luxurious couples massage (both fell asleep) best I've ever experienced, the food omg buffet was amazing. This is a top notch 5 star resort. Cannot fault a thing. Definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

  Fantastic Service

  The Centara is a great hotel with exceptional service. It is in a great part of Chaweng Beach. We dont normally go to the same hotel twice. However, we stayed here for the second time at the start of September and will be back again. Thank You for such a wonderful stay.

  Once again a perfect stay

  Our fourth visit to this fabulous hotel. I think it sit on the best part of Chaweng beach the sand is clean and the water crystal clear. The rooms are great fabulous shower with lots of amenities provided. The bed is huge and very comfortable two great big pillows.The complementary beer, and spirits replaced everyday is wonderful. We ate twice at Salt Society the food is excellent and yes sure you can getting much cheaper on the street but you won’t get the ambiance you get at Salt Society. The breakfast is next level three rooms with everything you can imagine then there is the egg room plus a menu with extras great coffee especially Reserve Iced Coffee. The staff are amazing from the lovely girls at the Spa, the front desk,the ladies that clean the rooms to Paul at the pool’s who always looks after us like royalty. We will be back.

  A relexad stay

  We stayed at the Centara Reserve for a week in August. The hotel is really cool and newly refurbished. We had a relaxed and comfortable stay - our children said it has been the best hotel they have ever been to - I think there is not much more to say.

  Lovely relaxing stay at quiet end of Chaweng

  I was a bit worried that Chaweng beach would feel downmarket for this high end resort but the end that it’s located on was lovely. Plenty of activities close by for our teenagers to be entertained by and numerous cheap restaurants and massages just outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was very good but we do like a bit of variety. Rooms were of a good size and well decorated but could do with some storage. Would have liked to have a master light switch near the front door rather than just by the beds too but they aren’t big gripes. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms peaceful apart from at daybreak when the birds were quite noisy. Free minibar was lovely. Breakfast had a good choice and even our 2 vegan daughters found enough options to satisfy them.

  Holiday

  I would say this is the best resort I have stayed in. Location was perfect, staff in all areas from the grounds people, waiters and waitresses, cleaners, front desk, and especially the front door guys were all amazing. The grounds are immaculate, rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely be back agin.
