General Job Duties

• General facility management pre-opening/opening preparation
• Inspection, management, and repairment of all equipment and building areas, including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Refrigeration and boiler equipment management
• Management of indoor and outdoor electrical signs, promenade lights, etc.,
• Inspection and repairment of electrical wiring throughout facility
• Planning and implementation of disaster drills (fire drill, earthquake, etc.,)
• Various repair and maintenance services
• Security department management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering/facility management within the hotel industry
• Native level Japanese proficiency
• English proficiency is not required but welcomed
• Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed
