General Job Duties

• Manage various sales channels and develop strategies to meet mid- and long-term sales goals
• Collaborate with the marketing department to plan campaigns, promotions, and package deals
• Analyze markets and develop strategies
• Prepare and manage budgets
• anage and oversee the sales department

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of equivalent sales management experience within the hotel industry
• Business level English proficiency
• Business level Japanese proficiency
• Familiarity/Experience with the Osaka market
• Pre-opening experience is not required but welcomed
