General Job Duties

• Assist the restaurant manager in planning the overall operations of the restaurant to achieve a high standard of quality service (planning, organinzing, staffing, training etc.,)
• Coordinate the work of the service staff in order to achieve smooth-running operations of the restaurant.
• General restaurant preparation and pre-opening/opening duties

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of food and beverage experience
• Business level English proficiency
• Native level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
