General Job Duties

• Supervise the operations of assigned bar outlets according to hotel policies
• Responsible for beverage products which will be served to guests
• Familiar with names and purposes of all beverage items in stock (knows how to prepare international cocktails, long drinks, and mixes)
• Cleans all glasses and other items needed before putting them into use and minimizes breakage and loss
• Is involved and present when taking inventory as ordered by the Food & Beverage Director
• Constantly aims to increase beverage revenue
• Performs all assigned duties in an efficient and timely manner

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 years of bartender experience
• Conversational level English proficiency
• Native level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
