General Job Duties

• Receives guests with a warm, friendly greeting and accompanies guests to their table
• Manages restaurant reservations
• Manages cashier duties and closes daily earnings

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of food and beverage experience
• PC skills (including excel and word)
• Business level English proficiency
• Business level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
