The breakfasts were excellent. We were pleasantly amazed by the variety and quality of the dishes. The room was generally good, very spacious and comfortable. But it clearly needs renovation and some repairs. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. The location is generally good, not so close to the sea, but it didn't cause any difficulties for us. Very enjoyable stay, rooms were nice and clean and cleaned every day during our stay. The resort restaurants were clean beautiful food, daily buffet breakfast was enjoyable especially the fresh cooked omelette’s. Pools were lovely to swim in and pool area always kept clean and tidy! Dec and jan 24 (party of 10)
Just returned from a 2 week break over christmas and the new year at the Centara albeit we had a 3 day gap in the middle. This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We had a 2 bedroomed room which was excellent , spacious and provided with everything that was needed. One of our party was taken ill on the trip (not in any way related to the hotel i might add) which required a 3 night stay in hospital. The staff went over and above to help the family including sending a basket of fruit to the hospital. I found all the staff amazing and a credit to the Centara brand. I will just add the the gentleman that hands out pool towels maybe just needs to calm down a little bit. It became a little standing joke about what grief we would have that day trying to sign towels out. A pointless exercise when there is a non existant process for signing back in!!!! the sunbeds all being taken at 7 in the morning was annoying buy hey - not a deal breaker at all. Clearing food plates etc from poolside could of been a bit better organised as well as some of them were left all day.
