    Honeymoon escape
Centara villas was the perfect place to start our honeymoon, we loved the location . So close to lamai beach but far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle . Very relaxing . Having our own pool was magic. The staff were always so accommodating. We had a couple massage also and that was so relaxing, the spa was so nice . Would love to go back there one day !

    Paradise in Koh Samui
It's a very good and very nice location. The villa, beach, pool, restaurant .... and the very friendly staff. The villa is a dream, We had a villa with pool and (upgraded - thanks a lot) with ocean- view. Sleep quality was average, because the air-condition is not optimum. But this is a problem in many hotels.

    Relaxing stay in Koh Samui
We stayed in Centara Villas for a week commencing 13 Feb. The property comprises individual units with private sun terraces arranged down a fairly steep hill to the beach. There are three pools at varying levels as you descend so always somewhere to find a quiet spot if required. The whole resort is very well maintained and is covered in tropical plants providing a feeling of seclusion and also encouraging many birds to visit. Our initial room only had a view of the roof of the room below so we paid a modest supplement (c. 500 Baht/night) and were moved to room 316 which overlooks the lowest pool and the beach/ocean. We were very happy there as it was very convenient for everything but far enough away from the pool that noise was never an issue. The service we received during our stay was excellent and every interaction with the staff was accompanied by a smile & gentleness, as is the Thai way. The southern end of the island is less developed and less busy than the area near the airport and so this resort is ideal for people seeking a quieter holiday. You can wander down the almost deserted beaches for miles to a fishing village. We have no hesitation in recommending this resort.

Centara Villas in stunning East location
Beuatiful Hotel, great food small chalet style rooms. Wonderful welcome and food excellent at the bbqs at the beach. East location means the sun isn't too hot but you won't get a view of the sunset. Taxis into town 700 baht but shuttles to lamat and chaweng available if not that frequent.

    Amazing hotel with amazing location
Very friendly staff . Very clean hotel & resort. Food & drinks could have been cheaper in comparison to other places to eat on the island but overall an amazing hotel at an amazing location. Food variety could have been better -ie no indian dishes despite Indian guests.

4 night stay in Centara Villas
Resort was beautiful, set in a quiet location, 15 minutes' drive from Lamai Beach. There is a shuttle bus available at various stages during the day. The resort is next to Kool Bar, which overlooks the beach/sea, and there are 3 restaurants and a bar to back of that, all reasonably priced.

Great long weekend away - highly reccommend
Beautiful resort at quiet part of the island. Well kept, super friendly staff and beautiful location at private beach. The resort consists of all stand alone little 'villa's' which gives a pleasant private feel and while it can accommodate quite a number of guests it never came across as busy. Lots of green and well laid out with 3 different pools, a bar and restaurant looking out over sea. We stayed in ocean view pool villa: Very comfortable room and bathroom, everything worked, pretty much faultless. Very nice private outside space with table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and decent size plunge pool and nice ocean view (and amazing sunrise views!) Staff was super welcoming and helpful and friendly. Mind the steps: there are quite a few! so less suitable for people with reduced mobility. The more busy parts of the island are in reasonable easy reach with taxi (from 15 minutes to Lamai to anywhere 40 minutes to Fisherman's Village and Airport). Definitely one of the better resorts to stay - decent value for money - would definitely recommend
