Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will need planning at least 3-12 months in advance. For large-scale events that involve hundreds of individuals, those can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.
About the Location
Located in the downtown Pratunam area, visitors to Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok can conveniently access many of Bangkok's attractions and major shopping malls. The hotel’s central location also makes it easy for guests to connect to the city transport network, including the BTS Skytrain system, the expressway, and is just 450 metres from the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station connecting directly to and from the airport.

Indoor Event Space
On the 9th floor, Grand Pavillion spans over 180 square metres and accommodating up to 150 persons seated theatre style. The Grand Pavillion is dividable in two smaller meeting rooms of equal part while the 80 square metres pre-function area complements the meeting facilities the hotel has to offer.
Outdoor Event Space
We offer various outdoor venues for your special event:
- Moom Sabai on the 9th floor has an area of 149 sqm and can hold up to 250 attendees
- WALK on the 21st floor has an area of 258 sqm and can hold up to 300 attendees
- Café 9 Terrace 9th floor has an area of 58 sqm and can hold up to 90 attendees
- Terrace on 20th (T20) has an area of 149 sqm and can hold up to 100 attendees
