  Amazing Staff that makes an amazing stay!

  I recently had a wonderful stay at Centara Hotel and would like to express my gratitude towards the friendly, accommodative and helpful staff. I would like to give a special shoutout to Sirintip, Patcharaporn, Charat, Vachiravit, Naignna & Sakee for their exceptional service. Despite arriving early in the morning at 8am, well before the check-in time of 3pm, the staff kindly provided us with an early check-in and made sure we were comfortable. It was our first time in Hat Yai and we greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care provided by the staff. Every aspect of our stay at Centara Hotel was delightful, from the comfortable rooms to the scrumptious food and efficient room service. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location allowed us easy access to all the major attractions. Our warm and memorable stay at Centara Hotel has ensured our return to this exquisite property in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hat Yai. Thank you for the great experience!

  A great place to stay. Travelling solo, I need a great hotel within convenient location with good food, amenities & facilities. Centara fits in well. Will definitely recommend this hotel and its chain group.

  Awesome Staff Service

  Great services from the staff at reception and bar service staff. Breakfast spread not huge but it was decent, especiallythe freshly made roti. Location of hotel is right in the heart of the night market which made it really convenient. Will definitely stay at the same hotel on my next trip.

  Best location hotel in hatyai, with best concierge i met ever mr. Charat. Nice pool side with beautiful spa area and top staff in the spa. We also enjoyed a lot the Lounge with live music which and with very friendly stuff. Checkin checkout fast and easy with very friendly staff too.

  Nice location hotel

  Nice location and good environment. Staff are friendly too. You can just walk around and shopping easily. Book early to avoid fully booked. Will be my choice if going to Hat yai again. Perhaps will stay longer next time.

  Home Away Home

  Great hospitality that makes us come back again & again. Easy access to anywhere thats in our plan. Plenty of local eateries, convenience stores, pharmacies, shopping arcades, massage outlets once walk down from the hotel. Wet markets are within walking distance too. Think of Hatyai think of Centara definitely!

  Very clean room

  The room was very clean and no bad smell upon checking in. The room was renovated despite being an old property. The front desk's staff was polite and efficient. The hotel's location is in the main shopping area, so do expect to be crowded during peak periods.

  My favourite Hatyai Hotel

  Always love its location with plenty of choice for massage salon, night market and a recent Robinson on its level 1. Walking distance to small market and Singapore Bak Ku Teh coffee shop. Service staff are always friendly and very willing to help. Welcome drink a plus too.

  Great Location

  Centara Hatyai is located in good proximity to food options, night markets and cafe. There are many things to do around the hotel, and you will not get bored. The room is rather old (as most hotels in Hat Yai), nevertheless, the staff are friendly and service good.

  Hotel in the heart of night market

  Centrally located within the business district of the famous night market , Lee Gardens Hotel . Easy access to bargain shopping and delicious street foods . Visit every possible area of interest from here and no transportation issue at all . Although it is a tourist concentrated area , there are no safety issue and the crowds are quite well behaved . Maybe , Hatyai people are very friendly loving one . The best hotel to stay when you are in Hatyai due to its many advantages to our choice .

  Located in central hatyai. Night market is at doorstep and a few minutes away from othet famous night market. Well maintained rooms with sumptous breakfast spread. Friendly staff readily to help. Even their streetfood cafe at ground floor is delicious!

  Generally the room is great. It's spacious & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. Location of the hotel is strategic with lots of shopping & food stalls nearby. The only setback of the hotel is that the laundry provided is eco laundry bag & will be charged if we take it. Shld be given as compliment by the hotel management

  Rest and Relex

  Came to Hatyai to get away from my hectic work. The location of the hotel is very good. Very impressive with the lobby and Concierge staffs. Surprised the room that I stay was very nice, clean and quiet . All the staffs are very polite and friendly.

  I'm glad to inform you about I'm grateful that I meet Ms.Chompunuch and Mr.Metee who are the valuable staff they assist us during stay even departure date also come to farewell us with warmest My room has special take care by the housekeeper on 18th Level but I can't remember her name room very very clean The breakfast has many varieties can choose more than last year and fantastic test even Thai Food , American Breakfast so nice I appreciated to stay here and thank you for your staff can made my trip is wonderful trip

  Everything is good great location easier to access to main road At night have like a street foods nearby hotel after covid a lot of travelers back again Finally I have to let you know something about your staff K.CHOMPUNUCH she is a praiseworthy staff she's willing to oblige me during stay since day 1 until check out with pretty smile And I never forgot K.Metee the bellman he is a polite guy and always do the service with pleasure I hope Centara Hatyai will be up to 5 stars soon because of your services all excellent
