Chef Prapan has been cooking as Thai Chef for 30 years till present and he has joined Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa since year 2012 as a Thai Senior Sous Chef.
“What I love about food & cooking is that, Food never have limit and endless of creation. I can create or re-create the dishes and recipe by myself where I love my duty and do it with the heart that’s the reason I am happy with my work”.
