Time to Start Planning an Event
Depending on the event, most will start planning at least 6-12 months in advance. Large-scale events that involved hundreds of individuals, and that span over multiple days, can take 12+ months to plan. Please get in touch with our coordinators as soon as you plan to hold an event or meeting with us.

We offer various rooms to suit your needs for meetings; the Orchid Grand Ballroom spans over 351 square metres, and has a maximum capacity of 450 persons, while the Lotus Events Room on the rooftop provides a multi-purpose area of 98 square metres, has a maximum capacity of 110 persons. Other meetings and conference rooms are available ranging from Jasmin Meeting rooms, intimate spaces equipped with Audio-Visual equipment and excellent conferencing services.
