主厨 Christian Ham 是一位法国人，拥有超过 23 年的餐饮业经验，曾在曼谷 D’Sens、香港 L’Atelier Joel Robuchon、巴黎 Taillevent 和 斯特拉斯堡 Le Crocodile 等著名餐厅工作。
在加入盛泰澜曼谷中央世界商业中心酒店之前，他曾在泰国曼谷和中国上海的 Cordon Bleu 担任主厨导师。
