Chef De Cuisine en Red Sky en Centara Grand at CentralWorld
El chef Christian Ham es de nacionalidad francesa y cuenta con más de 23 años de experiencia en restaurantes de primera línea, como D'Sens en Bangkok, L'Atelier Joel Robuchon en Hong Kong, Taillevent en París y Le Crocodile en Estrasburgo.
Antes de incorporarse al Centara Grand at CentralWorld, fue instructor de cocina en el Cordon Bleu de Bangkok, Tailandia y Shanghái, China.
