La-Ong Saengvosaシェフ
当ホテルのタイ料理シェフであり、Wowシェフとしても有名です。20歳で料理の道に入り、Chumpon Jangpraiシェフ（MSC Thai Cuisine Academyのマネージングディレクター）の影響を受けています。ザ エメラルド ホテル バンコク、Novotel Lotus Bangkok、シェラトン グランデ スクンビット バンコクなどの有名ホテルで、シェフとしてのキャリアをスタートさせました。Wowシェフはこれまで数々の著名人やセレブリティに本格タイ料理を振る舞い、その腕がこぞって称賛されてきました。
