General Job Duties
- Requisition according to the daily basic business, controls stock
- Prepares daily report for Chef de Cuisine on daily operations
- Controls and maintains all equipment handling with safety procedures and hygiene
- Keeps a standard of all recipes and ensures adherence to any menu/dishes in their outlet
- Maintains discipline and grooming in the kitchen
- Works in a timely manner according to their duty roster
- Maintains good communication with other kitchen and service team members
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of food and beverage experience
- Native Level Japanese proficiency
- Basic level English proficiency is not required but welcomed
- Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
