  Thank you for your vacation. The staff is friendly, clean rooms, towels were changed daily, bed linen change every three days, the beach is clean! Alcoholic beverages of excellent quality! The restaurant menu is diverse, tasty, there are a lot of fruits, very tasty, fresh! Especially pineapple and passion fruit, what I love.

  New Years Eve Stay

  We had a pleasant experience on our stay at the Royal Suite of Centara Ceysands. The suite had 2 rooms, 2 bath rooms (one with a Jacuzzi) and a separate bathroom in the Living. There was 5 balconies and it had the best view from all side of the hotel. Its ideal for a large family. The hotel staff treated us really well and we felt very privileged.

  overall stay was excellent. Staff was really friendly and especially Ms.Shanika who is at the front desk is very supportive and attentive to guests. All other facilities provided was up to our satisfactory level. provided a memorable experience, especially hotel was selected to spend our wedding anniversary and Centara made it special for us.

  Exceptional Hotel in Bentota

  Stayed 3 nights in Centara Ceysands Resorts in a family room. The room was very spacious, and included everything that a 5 star resort has to offer. The best part was the (Free Shuttle) boat ride to the property gives you a feel of Maldives. Plenty of options for kids in their kids play area, where they have video games (playstation 4) blocks, puzzles, coloring books and a sweet caretaker who handles the kids professionally. Their pool is the massive, with 2 kids and 1 huge adult pool, right now (December) is the best time to visit Bentota in terms of weather, activities and less crowded. They serve HALAL chicken at their restaurant, I recommend to go for Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner) as the city sleeps early and not many options after 8pm to eat outside the resort.   good hotel

  It was great pleasure to stay in the hotel. I always thought the best country was mine. But in Sri Lanka i understand that the most important thing in every country are people. People in Sri Lanka are amazing. They are very kind. The stuff in the hotel is so helpful. We are so grateful. One day we lost our launch next to the pool. They gave us new one. We really appreciate.

  Best holiday ever in Sri Lanka!

  We had a wonderful holiday at Centara and the staff from the reception to room boys in charge of house keeping, restaurant staff, barmen & even the pool attendants without exception went above & beyond to ensure our every requirement was met and we were satisfied. Truly we did not want to check out from this piece of paradise but we will certainly be back!🙂

  We enjoyed our stay. Pool, Beach, Room, Food, other activities; all of those were very good. Rooms were cleaned and the staff were very supportive; nice experience with the Boat and had a great time in the beach also.

  Good food and very frindly staff @ restaurant

  Need to check from front desk for any offers as they wont promote any. Very limited options for vegetarian in meals. For an example only one option given for soup and is also a non veg. Overall good experience.

  A wonderful resort located in an attractive location. They serve buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a huge selection. Well worth the money. Super service from all the hotel employees and they were really pleasant helpful....rooms were also good...loved it..

  Best if you want a river view and sea view both in one hotel

  If you want a river view and a sea view at the same time this is the hotel to go! Staff is amazing and the food and other activities are wonderful.. Miss Shanika Helped me with everything during our stay. And Mr. Russel was also a good staff member he helped me a lot in so many situations without hesitation during the stay. Lot of activities you can try out at their water sports center. Rooms, bathrooms, pool and every other area was clean and neat. Loved the overall experience!
