El hotel está muy bien situado. Esta muy cerca de la calle principal del pueblo. El trato por parte del personal ha sido muy bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque se podría hacer algo más de hincapié en la limpieza de la ducha. Amazing Property & Staff
An Amazing Property - The transfer done by a boat, while a fabulous view across & water sports happening right there. The back of the property opening to the beach. A faboulous sunset view, the soft sand and the waves makes the experience memorable. Courteous Staff - From the front desk to the staff @ restaurant, room - service, house keeping. Visit to Centara Ceysands Resort
This is an absolutely lovely destination to kick back and relax. Everything from the lake leading up to the hotel, to the beach and pool facilities provided by the resort, is exactly as expected. The temperature-controlled pool is perfect for kids, with a depth of around 4ft. The beach is also clean and easily accessible. Although there are many planned activities, I do believe the staff could do a better job of encouraging guests to partake. While the food quality is good, it may be beneficial to cater to different nationalities based on the guests' preferences. Amazing Hospitality
I loved my 2 night stay at the Centara in Bentota. Beautiful property and perfect location. Warm and courteous staff, made my stay a truly memorable one by accommodating my preferences and requests, especially the F&B manager and chefs. P.S. Department Trip to Centara
We had a super time at Centara Ceysands. The entire experience was superb starting from the point of booking the rooms to check out . Being an allergy prone person I had to inform them prior and they ensured that all my meals were sorted out and information had been given to all the restaurants.. The team had an awesome time specially with the activities which were available (Boat Rides, Jet Ski, Pool, Beach , Garden Area for team activities.) Sanjeewa ensured all our requirements were met and constantly kept checking with us if everything was under control. about the hotel
2023.07.08 morning(at 7.00am) i called to book a double room for 23.07.08 night. but the person who answered my call told me that the all the rooms are booked. after that i searched for online booking.then i saw some rooms are vacant. after that again i called around 8.00am to the hotel. then they told me there are 2 rooms available. i booked one room. this is the bad experience i felt from them. Great location, safe, quality food!
Excellent property and very convenient to stay. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic surrounding. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great value for price
The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean with necessary amenities. The air conditioning could be improved upon in my personal opinion however the location was joyful and enchanting in its own way.
