  excellent séjour au Centara Ceysands Resort

  Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cet hôtel du 20 au 27 aout. Nous y avons trouvé un personnel très avenant, dévoué et souriant. Le personnel du restaurant et de la piscine toujours prêt à vous satisfaire. L'hôtel est très convenable. Le buffet du restaurant est copieux mais pour nous qui n'aimons pas la cuisine trop épicée cela restreignait la variété. Nous n'avons pas pu trop profiter des baignades en mer car elle était agitée en cette saison mais la très grande plage permet de belles promenades. Pour les visites nous avons loué sur le bord de plage les services du guide Lahal qui nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour. Personne très professionnelle et gentille que nous recommandons fortement. Il saura vous proposer des sorties ou s'adapter à votre demande. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances au Sri Lanka.

  Amazing Property & Staff

  An Amazing Property - The transfer done by a boat, while a fabulous view across & water sports happening right there. The back of the property opening to the beach. A faboulous sunset view, the soft sand and the waves makes the experience memorable. Courteous Staff - From the front desk to the staff @ restaurant, room - service, house keeping. They were all very co-operative and helpful. Special mention about Amalka @ front desk who catered to our needs very well with a smile. Thank You once again

  Visit to Centara Ceysands Resort

  This is an absolutely lovely destination to kick back and relax. Everything from the lake leading up to the hotel, to the beach and pool facilities provided by the resort, is exactly as expected. The temperature-controlled pool is perfect for kids, with a depth of around 4ft. The beach is also clean and easily accessible. Although there are many planned activities, I do believe the staff could do a better job of encouraging guests to partake. While the food quality is good, it may be beneficial to cater to different nationalities based on the guests' preferences. All in all, the hotel is fantastic and definitely worth a stay.

  Amazing Hospitality

  I loved my 2 night stay at the Centara in Bentota. Beautiful property and perfect location. Warm and courteous staff, made my stay a truly memorable one by accommodating my preferences and requests, especially the F&B manager and chefs. P.S. I really enjoyed the water activities.

  Department Trip to Centara

  We had a super time at Centara Ceysands. The entire experience was superb starting from the point of booking the rooms to check out . Being an allergy prone person I had to inform them prior and they ensured that all my meals were sorted out and information had been given to all the restaurants.. The team had an awesome time specially with the activities which were available (Boat Rides, Jet Ski, Pool, Beach , Garden Area for team activities.) Sanjeewa ensured all our requirements were met and constantly kept checking with us if everything was under control. Would definitely recommend this place for a team / family outing.

  We were taken good care by Ruwan and his team from the time of arrival to departure. The staff is well trained and courteous and friendly. It was my birthday and the staff surprised us with a cake and drinks on the house. Definitely a place to explore.

  2023.07.08 morning(at 7.00am) i called to book a double room for 23.07.08 night. but the person who answered my call told me that the all the rooms are booked. after that i searched for online booking.then i saw some rooms are vacant. after that again i called around 8.00am to the hotel. then they told me there are 2 rooms available. i booked one room. this is the bad experience i felt from them. But their cleanliness, customer service after i arrived the hotel, foods,rooms were perfect. Thank you for the friendly support you gave for us.

  Great location, safe, quality food!

  Excellent property and very convenient to stay. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic surrounding. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean with everything what we need for a coffee, tea or hot bath.

  One of the best experiences I have had in the recent past

  The staff was very decent, Polite and friendly. The food was awesome. I loved the stay. The pool area is also very nice. Loved the bar located beside the pool. The hotel is managed really well by the management.
