The sweet section is led by Jita, originally from Malaysia, who has honed her skills at overseas five-star hotels. Specializing in authentic confectionery, Jita and her team have crafted a range of strawberry sweets for you to enjoy.
Chef Sompong, in charge of savories and Thai sweets, says with a beaming smile, "This time, creating a menu with strawberries was a challenge, but please do enjoy the new taste sensation that comes from the addition of the sweetness and tartness of strawberries to spicy Thai dishes!"
