Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 25. Etage und eine super Aussicht. Das Gepäck wurde beim Check-In ins Zimmer gebracht, sodass wir uns nicht darum kümmern mussten. Allgemein war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Englisch war kein Problem. Das Spa war sehr ruhig und man konnte hier gut entspannen. Die Anwendungen waren wunderbar und ließen sich bequem per Telefon buchen. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt bekommt das Frühstücksbuffet, da dies sehr international ausgerichtet war. Wir hätten uns ein paar mehr typische japanische Speisen gewünscht. 우선 일본호텔임에도 넓은 객실인게 맘에 듭니다. 게다가 최신호텔이라 정말 깨끗하고, 쾌적했어요 기념일이라 기념일 코멘트를 남겨놨었는데 기억해주시고 여러 서비스를 받을 수 있었어서 더욱 특별한 기억으로 남게 됐네요 난바시티와 이어져서 난바역의 접근성도 뛰어나고 신사이바시~도톤보리 걸어서 충분히 다닐 수 있어요 역이 가까워 공항, 우메다도 편하게 왔다갔다 가능하고요. 위치가 정말 만족스러웠네요 게다가 여기 직원들 서비스 좋습니다. 5성급에 걸맞는 서비스였다고 생각했습니다 예약한 레스토랑을 취소하려면 전화로밖에 안됐는데, 쩔쩔매고 있으니 먼저다가와서 예약 취소해주시고 도와주셨던 순간이 특히 기억에 남네요 조식을 먹지 못한게 아쉬운데 뭐하나 부족함 없는 호텔입니다 다시 오사카 가도 여기서 지낼 것 같아요 너무 추천해요Mehr lesenDate of stay : January 2025 -
