우선 일본호텔임에도 넓은 객실인게 맘에 듭니다. 게다가 최신호텔이라 정말 깨끗하고, 쾌적했어요 기념일이라 기념일 코멘트를 남겨놨었는데 기억해주시고 여러 서비스를 받을 수 있었어서 더욱 특별한 기억으로 남게 됐네요 난바시티와 이어져서 난바역의 접근성도 뛰어나고 신사이바시~도톤보리 걸어서 충분히 다닐 수 있어요 역이 가까워 공항, 우메다도 편하게 왔다갔다 가능하고요. 위치가 정말 만족스러웠네요 게다가 여기 직원들 서비스 좋습니다. 5성급에 걸맞는 서비스였다고 생각했습니다 예약한 레스토랑을 취소하려면 전화로밖에 안됐는데, 쩔쩔매고 있으니 먼저다가와서 예약 취소해주시고 도와주셨던 순간이 특히 기억에 남네요 조식을 먹지 못한게 아쉬운데 뭐하나 부족함 없는 호텔입니다 다시 오사카 가도 여기서 지낼 것 같아요 너무 추천해요Read moreDate of stay : January 2025 -

저층은 소음이 꽤 심한편입니다
뷰가 좋은 방을 요청했는데 이메일로는 요금추가에 대한 설명이 없었으나 현장에서 추가요금을 요구했습니다. 추가하지 않고 저층으로 갔는데 객실 밖에서 끼이이익 소리와 웅웅웅 하는 소리 때문에 밤에 잠들기 너무 힘들었어요. 또 앞에 빨간색으로 TAX FREE가 너무 크게 적혀있어 객실 창밖 사진은 하나도 찍지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 얼리체크인 해주신 건 좋았어요!Read moreDate of stay : November 2024 -
