  Centaral Grand Hotel

  Central World 백화점과 한건물로 연결되어 있어 쇼핑 및 식사 등이 너무 편리했습니다. BTS라인에서 가까워서 교통이 정말 편리했습니다. 호텔의 컨벤션센터 운용이 정말 잘되었습니다. 호텔에 수영장/스파/헬스 등 부대시설이 매우 우수했습니다.

  너무 좋은 커플여행

  주변 쇼핑몰도 가깝고 시암스퀘어든 어디든 걸어서 이동할수있습니다! 호텔 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있어요 라운지조식 밖에 경험 못해봤는데 스위트에 숙박하면 일반 조식뷔폐도 경험할수있게 해줬으면 좋겠네요

  easy access to shopping area.

  This time i got spacious room, suite for me, wife and my little kid. very easy access to department stores and shopping area. Reception area is under renovated has to move to G floor which is great, I like it.

  1 night stop BKK

  Hotel really convenient for shopping as nearby Central world and Siam paragon. high standard of rooms type and nice view from the bedroom. Rooftop bar one of the best in town. The staff are very nice and kind .

  Perfect location for shopping and dining, quite close to tourist attractions

  Staff super professional, open for immediate reactions to any claims. Located in the city centre, so close to good restaurants and shops, from level 7 direct access to a shopping mall. During rush hours hard to reach any place so forget about taxis, a tuk-tuk or a scooter is an option. Vast selection of dishes, drinks and fruits for breakfasts but with little variability, so if your stay is for two weeks - you may have a feeling that you need something different. Fresh juices of different kind and good coffees are a strong advantage of this hotel. As the restaurants are over floor 23, the views on the city are spectacular. If you see any traces of mold in the bathroom, ask for a room change.

  Perfect hotel

  Perfect place for a congress or conference. Very good restaurants amd full service. The view is perfect to all sites and the pool at 26th floor is also nice. All lifts are fast and all the staff is excelent.

  very good hotel, rooms very clean. reception allow us to check in early as the room was ready. housekeeping did a good job and provided us daily complementary water. location very accessible and good. will definitely stay again if going back to bangkok.

  3D2N at BKK

  Nice and cozy 5 stars hotel. However, the traffic congestion at BKK was horrendous. Using their BTS and MRT were crowded too. Last visited was 15years ago and the cost of living has increase so much till I am quite shocked too. May not want to visit BKK again

  Great hotel room & facilities with good location

  Super good location and great room and facilities. Most of the things that we require is available. Breakfast are good and beverages mostly available and especially the fresh orange juicer which we like the most. The bar and drinks selection are super good. Nice view and spacious. Swimming pool reasonable size & gym are well equipped. Toilet and bath room are clean and hygiene to use.

  Too easy to come to centralword and the others shopping center. Also to BTS. Feeling like stay at home with more convieniences Next time I will stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld if I have a trip to Bangkok

  Stay in Centrara Grand at CentralWorld

  This hotel is located near Siam area and easy to go anywhere. In addition, the facility is clean and has a very luxurious feel, making it a pleasure to stay. The only bad piont is that the fitness center is not open 24 hours.

  Very convenient and staff are very attentive to help accommodate your request

  Very convenient location with lots of food options! At first, we did not feel impressed when checking in but when we addressed the issue on the survey the hotel sent us after our first night, the staff and the manager are very responsive and able to go out of their way to resolve the issue.

  Great location

  The hotel is very convenient and takes about 10 mins to the BTS. Central world mall is accessible via the 7th floor. Room is spacious and generally clean. We also enjoyed the view from 42nd floor. Will definitely stay there again.

  Great stay clean suites

  The suites is very clean and everything works. Very comfortable bed. The staffs at the club lounge are very friendly and helpful. Nice pre-dinner snack and cocktails. Check in and out are painless and quick. Keep up the good work. I will be back

  Family vacation

  Hotel is very good, but they need to turn A/C on hallway floors. It’s extremely hot. Towel’s need to be changed as they are very worn out. Front desk is very helpful and the duty manager is always helpful.
