I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel!! Everything was perfect!! From the hotel itself which looks like heaven to the amazing employees who work there who always make sure that nothing is missing. Extremely high service awareness. Thanks to the amazing Michelle who took care of us from day one and to the stunning Sandy from the hotel's steakhouse. Absolutely perfect family trip
I really appreciate with service mind of Khun Best the manager. He took great care of us since our first step to the hotel. We impressed with the overall service of hotel in every parts including bellboy, driver, room service, waiter/ waitress in the dining rooms and maids. We received beyond expectations of their service, amenities and atmosphere of hotels. The hotel view is definitely stunning with very wide and peaceful beachfront. We also have 1 disabled person with wheelchair in this trip. He received everything he needed and stayed in the hotel without any obstacles. Michelle went above and beyond to help with everything we needed—she truly made our experience unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious, spotless, and cleaned twice a day, which was such a nice touch. One of the highlights was the daily “Surprise of the Day”—a fun little treat that made each day feel special. I can’t recommend this resort enough. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and the main reason for that was the incredible staff. We travel total 7 person, 3 rooms. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care, making us feel not like guests, but like family. Michelle the Experience Manager take care us very well and professionally. As well as her team , front office staffs are all very supportive and friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel, it was a sprawling beach front resort with manicured gardens and wonderful staff. Natty from The Terrace was an ABSOLUTE stand out.
